Cache Alumni Assoication
Domino Tournament
• When: March 13, 2010. Doors open at 8am to register, play at 9:30 am.
• Where: Cache High School cafeteria in Cache, OK
• Details: ntry fee is $5.00 per person; $10.00 a team. Breakfast and lunch will be sold, featuring homemade pies. Money prizes and trophies will be awarded to the first and second place, as well as consolation bracket winner. Silent auction and 50/50 chances will be sold. All proceeds go to the sholarship fund for Cache High School seniors.
Little League sign-ups
• When: Saturday, March 13th from 1-3 p.m.
• Where: Mollett Hunter office, located at 5th and Minnesota
• Details: Chickasha Little League plays all of it’s games at the city’s sports complex, with no out of town travel. Registration fee is $45 and includes each player’s cap and shirt. The league is divided into three divisions, T-ball for 5-6 year olds, Machine Pitch for 7-9 years, and the Majors division for players 10-12. A player must be at least five years of age by May 1st, and cannot turn 13 before that date. Anyone with questions regarding Little League baseball can call 243-7252.

CV Tech Toasters to host first Area K-2 International speech contest

• Who: Area K-2 toastmasters will compete in the contest; event is open to the public.
• Details: CV Tech Toasters chartered in October 2009 and meets every second and fourth Monday of the month at 3:10 p.m. at the tech center’s campus. Currently the group is open to any employees interested in improving their leadership and public speaking skills. Toastmasters International is the world’s largest nonprofit educational organizational devoted to communication and leadership development.
