Cards of Thanks

The family of Joyce Hooper would like to thank all of the wonderful friends and family who called, brought food and sent so many beautiful floral arrangements. We also want to thank Reverend Michael Oberlander for a beautiful service and also thank the pallbearers Jim Weir, Gary Redbern, Roy Spratt, Lloyd Newton, Don Newton and Clark VanDyke. We want to especially thank Dr’s Linda Johnson and Andrea Roberts for their personal and professional care. They were so helpful in a most difficult time. We love and miss Joyce so very much but we know she is in a better place.

Many expressions of love and compassion were sweetly demonstrated to our family during the recent loss of our mother, Margaret Jennings. We want to thanks Pastor Brayna Haynes for officiating; McRay Funeral Home, Ross Hospice and College Heights Baptist Church.

A special thanks to Glen and Glenda Hamilton and the employees and volunteers at Glenhaven Retirement Village who loved, cared for, served and ministered to our mother on a daily basis for nearly 12 years.

The family of LD Daniel Turner, Jr. would like to thank everyone who stood by themm during their loss. We thank you for the love you have shown our family. To all the many neighbors, family and dear friends that brought food, flowers, cards and kept our family in your prayers, we are truly grateful.

Special thanks to Rick and Treasa Kortemeier for being with LD, we will always be grateful for that.  To Rev. Bates and David Turner, thank you so much for your support during  this difficult time. The service you performed gave comfort and inspiration to everyone present.
