LifeLine Hospice will be hosting their annual Memorial Service on November 16, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the USAO Chapel in Chickasha.
The Memorial Service is the annual time to remember the patients that LifeLine has been honored to serve with special music, prayer time and staff reflection.
