Workers on Wednesday were busy breaking up and removing concrete near the south and west entrances of the Grady County Courthouse. County Clerk Sharon Shoemake said that the existing concrete was cracked and posed a potential tripping hazard, so it was decided “to pull out all the concrete and bottom steps” at the courthouse (south entrance) and the sidewalk area between the lower and upper steps on the west side.
