Unattended death under investigation

The Chickasha Police Department is investigating an unattended death that was reported on July 6, 2012 approximately 5:12 p.m. Officers responded to that scene and did locate Jackie Wayne Scott Jr., deceased.

The Chickasha Police Department is working with the Medical Examiners office and the Grady County District Attorney’s office.  The initial investigation findings revealed the cause death as self inflicted injury which resulted in death.

The case is still under investigation, pending reports from Medical Examiner’s office.
