Members of the Double Deuces Car Club of Verden celebrated the club’s first anniversary on June 6 with a car show at the Verden Community Center. The club also made a $200 donation to the Verden Fire Department. The club is presently refurbishing three cars and has eight cars show ready. Memberships are available by calling club Secretary Cheryl Bishop at 405-313-7558.
