A Tuttle teenager met the business end of a Ford pickup truck Thursday evening.
Charles Thomas, 16, was walking along the shoulder of County Road 2930.
He was walking south, when a Ford truck driven by David Darin Hamilton, 42 of Tuttle, struck him from behind, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports. Hamilton was driving south. He said said the teen stepped into the road right in front of him.
Thomas suffered leg injuries and was rushed to Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City by Tuttle EMS.
