Crimestoppers offers cash reward

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking your help in solving a crime. On July 3, an unknown subject wielding a knife robbed the Coastal Mart at 9th and Grand Ave.

Anyone with information about this crime or any other crime is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 224-TIPS or you can use your mobile device and text your tip to the word CRIMES (274637) and be sure to start your message with the word CHICKTIP. You can be given a cash reward if your tip leads to an arrest or recovery of stolen property.

To date, your anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers have resulted in the arrest of over 100 criminals and the recovery of over $450,000 in property. Remember, with Crime Stoppers you never have to give your name and you never have to go to court.
