CHICKASHA —
On Aug. 30,1970, Mary Ann Keim and Clint Ward celebrated their love for each other by exchanging wedding vows.
During their 40 years together, they have worked happily (on most days) side-by-side as owners of a crop-dusting airport in Jerome, Ark. and ostrich ranches in Durant and Lexington, Okla.. Now, they reside in Chickasha.
They have been blessed with four children by birth and three along the way, Karyann Wiseman and son-in-law, Craig, of Nashville,TN; Travis Ward and daughter-in-law, Monica, of Demott, IN; Trever Ward and daughter-in-law, Liz, Okmulgee, OK; and Wendy Ward,of Chickasha, OK; seven grandchildren: Megan, Lilly, Holly Ward, of Demott, IN, Lauren & Madalyn Ward, of Okmlugee, OK, Garrick & Drake Ward, of Chickasha, OK.
The couple offers this piece of advice for a long and successful marriage, always try to out-give and out-love the other and to “get over it”. Don’t hold grudges.
