Funeral service for Jewel Faye “Judy” Gonzalez, 69, of Chickasha, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Jewel Faye “Judy” Gonzalez was born March 3, 1943 in Anadarko, the daughter of Ezra and Cleo Vivian (Douglas) Smith. She died Oct. 15, 2012 at her home in Chickasha.
Judy grew up and attended school in Anadarko. She married Jessie James Avery in 1961, and they lived in Fort Cobb later returning to Anadarko. After his death in January, 1983, Judy married John Gonzalez in November of 1983. She lived in Chickasha for 30 years. Judy worked as an LPN.
She was preceded in death by parents; husbands: Jessie James Avery in 1983 and John Gonzalez in 2005; a great-grandchild: Julian Avery and two sisters: Lena Bell Byrd and Edna Jones
Survivors include: Stewart Randall her companion of the home in Chickasha; three children: James Avery and wife Toni of Bradley, Jessie Avery of Chickasha, Karra Byrd and husband Marlow of Blanchard; five step-children: Floyd Avery and wife Dina of Anadarko, Randy Gonzalez and wife Debbie of Gotebo, Charollette Boyd of Vian, Becky Starnes and husband Andy of Moore, Timothy Gonzalez of Tulsa; a sister: Betty Hall of Chickasha; a brother: David Rexroat and wife Vicki of Ft. Cobb; seven grandchildren: Kristin Avery, Jeremy Avery, Damon Avery, Todd Abel, Tristin Abel, Jewell Avery and Donivan Byrd; great grandchildren: Drayden Avery, Jaylee Blankenship, and Kadence Hathorne; numerous step grandchildren, great and great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews
Interment will be in the Ft. Cobb Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Nyoka “Jo” Hadley
Private graveside services were held for Noyka Hadley, 67, of Chickasha, on Wednesday May 15, 2013 in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
Noyka was born on February 10, 1946, in Houston, Texas. She died May 11, 2013, in Chickasha.
Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Lois Morris, 89, of Chickasha, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Chickasha. Lois was born June 13, 1923, the daughter of Elva L. and Eva Opal (Heavin) Keeton. She died May 13, 2013, in Muskogee.

Betty Jo James
Graveside services for Betty Jo James, 84.will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs. Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home in Elk City and Wednesday and Thursday at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs.
Betty was born in Cox City, on Thursday, Sept. 27, 1928 and passed from this life on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Elk City.

Freida Perkins
Funeral services for Freida Perkins, 95, of Chickasha, will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Freida Perkins was born March 19, 1918, at Kalamazoo, Michigan. She passed away at her home on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
Mrs. Perkins married Daniel Perkins on November 14, 1940. She and Daniel lived in New Mexico from 1940 to 1980, when they moved to the Amber area.
She had worked in the New Mexico public school system and after moving to Amber she worked at the Amber Café for seven years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Perkins in 1986 and a son, Danny Perkins in 2010.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by a sister, Esther Healey, of PawPaw, Michigan; four grandchildren: Penny Fuller, George Perkins, Wayne Perkins and T.J. Perkins; 11 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; Daughter-in-law: Wynema Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Carla and Eddie.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. -
