Funeral service for Henry Jr Hoffman, 88, of Chickasha, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at the Bible Baptist Church.
HENRY JR HOFFMAN was born May 20, 1924 in Orland, Okla., in the Guthrie area. He was the son of Henry and Betty (Yeager) Hoffman. He died Oct. 22, 2012 in Chickasha.
Henry graduated from Guthrie High School. He began working in the oilfield at the age of 16. He moved to Chickasha in 1948 and married the love of his life, Jo Ann Bailey, Jan. 29, 1950. They were married for 62 years. To this union they were blessed with five children, 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild. His best friend was Jim Bailey.
Henry was owner of Hoffman Trucking, Hoffman Pipe and Steel and was also a farmer and cattle rancher. He served in the U.S. Army. Henry was also a 32nd Degree Mason and Shriner, Chickasha Lodge. He also served as a Deacon at the Presbyterian Church.
Henry was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters; grandson: Jody Glass; and great-grandson: Kollin Hoffman
Survivors include wife: Jo Ann Bailey Hoffman of the home; children: Gary Hoffman and wife Cindy; Pam Reed and husband Wyatt Graham ; Judy Hoffman; Eddy Hoffman and friend Jo Stanton; Jan Hoffman all of Chickasha; grandchildren: Gary Hoffman and wife Wendy of Houston, TX, Shelby Bayless of Denver, CO, Mitzy Harris and husband Darrell of Ninnekah, Roxi Tallent and husband Kyle of Verden, Brock Hoffman of Stillwater, Kristi Hoffman Coley and husband Russell, Brandy Spivey and husband Jay, Trent Hoffman, Kristin Holland and husband Chris, Lori Dunn and husband Chris, Amie Jaques and husband John, Tamey Gray, Buffie Howe and husband Brad, Tiffini Hunter and husband John, Kallie Dunn and husband Kaylab, Rocky Hendon and Klint Carmen, all of Chickasha
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Patsy McDonald Rhymes
Patsy McDonald Rhymes, 62, of Chickasha, beloved wife of Danny Rhymes, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She will be greatly missed by a large and loving extended family and many friends. Patsy was a devoted wife and mother and spent most of her time caring for her family.
She is survived by her husband Danny, her son Starling and his wife Connie, and grandchildren Rochelle and Michael. Patsy was especially close to her niece Pam and also leaves behind her brothers Charles, Paige, and Roland along with her sisters Thelma and Jeana.
Graveside services were held in Hominy, on Friday, May 17, 2013, at 2 p.m. and will be officiated by her longtime family minister, Rev. Leonard Lindsay. Arrangements are being handled by Poteet Funeral Home, Pawnee, Oklahoma. -
Nyoka “Jo” Hadley
Private graveside services were held for Noyka Hadley, 67, of Chickasha, on Wednesday May 15, 2013 in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
Noyka was born on February 10, 1946, in Houston, Texas. She died May 11, 2013, in Chickasha.
Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Lois Morris
Funeral service for Lois Morris, 89, of Chickasha, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Chickasha. Lois was born June 13, 1923, the daughter of Elva L. and Eva Opal (Heavin) Keeton. She died May 13, 2013, in Muskogee.

Graveside services for Betty Jo James, 84.will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs. Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home in Elk City and Wednesday and Thursday at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs.
Betty was born in Cox City, on Thursday, Sept. 27, 1928 and passed from this life on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Elk City.

Freida Perkins
Funeral services for Freida Perkins, 95, of Chickasha, will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Freida Perkins was born March 19, 1918, at Kalamazoo, Michigan. She passed away at her home on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
Mrs. Perkins married Daniel Perkins on November 14, 1940. She and Daniel lived in New Mexico from 1940 to 1980, when they moved to the Amber area.
She had worked in the New Mexico public school system and after moving to Amber she worked at the Amber Café for seven years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Perkins in 1986 and a son, Danny Perkins in 2010.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by a sister, Esther Healey, of PawPaw, Michigan; four grandchildren: Penny Fuller, George Perkins, Wayne Perkins and T.J. Perkins; 11 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; Daughter-in-law: Wynema Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Carla and Eddie.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. -
