Sandra Kaye (Pelley) Cobb
Sandra Kaye (Pelley) Cobb, 53, Rush Springs, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2007 in Lawton. Services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs, with Clif Werhan officiating. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.
Sandra was born Wednesday, June 23, 1954 in Chickasha, to Robert Pelley Sr. and Minnie (Loyd) Pelley. She graduated from Rush Springs High School in 1971. Sandra lived in the Rush Springs area all of her life. Sandra worked for Battison as a service manager. She enjoyed farm work, the outdoors and fishing. Sandra loved to read and spend time with her family.
She was a big OU fan. Sandra also enjoyed her granddog and grandcat. She was a member of the Oklahoma Cattleman's Association and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include, Daughter, Dee Dee Havins & fiancé Larry Penick of Yukon, OK; Mother, Minnie Pelley Wilhite of Rush Springs, OK; Brother, Robert Pelley & wife Oreta of Rush Springs, OK; 2 Sisters, Mary Story & husband Sam of Branson, MO, Fern Bennett of Chickasha, OK; Several Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.

DAVICE “JOYCE” RUSSELL
Funeral services for Davice “Joyce” Russell, 78, of Chickasha , will be held Thursday, August 16, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel.
Davice “Joyce” Russell was born June 5, 1929, in Rawlins, Wyoming. She died August 13, 2007, at her home in Chickasha .
Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo, Texas located at 6969 East Interstate 40, on Friday, August 17, 2007, at 11 a.m. under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
Ray Mantooth
Funeral service for Ray Mantooth, 77, Sterling, will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church, Sterling, with Rev. Jack Pilgrim, Pastor, officiating.
Mr. Mantooth died Monday at his residence.
Burial will be in Sterling Cemetery under the direction of Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher (Formerly Robbins Funeral Home).
He was born December 7, 1929 in Sterling, to H.R. and Pearl Lancaster Mantooth. He grew up in Sterling and was a graduate of Sterling High School. He married Mary Barnett on May 7, 1949 in Sterling. He had worked for Scott’s Bakery and Fairmont Creamery before going to work for Civil Service, where he remained until his retirement in March of 1987.
Following his retirement he worked building storage buildings.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sterling, and was a member of the Elgin Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, of the home; two sons and daughters in law, Denis and Janie Mantooth, Chickasha, and Charles and Debbie Mantooth, Sterling; a daughter and son in law, Jo and Kim Williams, Lawton; a brother and sister in law, Cecil and Shirley Mantooth, Fletcher; a sister and brother in law, Joy and Walter Lamar, Isabella, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and their spouses, Damon and Brandi Mantooth, Stephanie and Michael Stuckert, Cory Randall Mantooth, Travis Mantooth, MacKenzie Walker and Dennis Blackburn, and Kimberly and Tommy Dunning; three great grandchildren, Chance Dakota Blackburn, Finnley Grace Mantooth and Quentin Ray Mantooth.
His parents and a sister, Emma Beth Milam, preceded him in death.
