ANNA LOUISE DAHL



Graveside service for Anna Louise Dahl, 92, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha.

Anna Louise Dahl was born July 16, 1915 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the daughter of Arnold F. and Elizabeth Anna (Kehr) Husmann and died August 18, 2007 in Chickasha.

Anna lived in Oklahoma City, then Yukon for 10 years and moved to the Pocasset area in 1950.

Anna and Harry Dahl were married November 2, 1938 in Norman, Oklahoma.

She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Chickasha.

She was a member of Ladies Aid.

Anna was preceded in death by:

Her Parents; Her husband: Harry Dahl; 8 brothers and 5 sisters.

Survivors include:one son: Russell Dahl of Chickasha; one daughter and son-in-law: Janice and Lawrence Schein of Pocasset; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home



EUGEAN C. ROSS

Eugean C. Ross, 51, of Annawan died Friday August 17, 2007 at his home after a long battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 20th at the Annawan Chapel, Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services.

Pastor Don Bailey will officiate.

Burial will be in Annawan Cemetery.

Military rites will be accorded.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Education Fund for Eugean’s children and may be sent in care of State Bank of Annawan 302 W. Front St. Annawan, IL 61234.

Eugean was born July 24, 1956 in Kansas City, Kansas. He attended school in Kansas City, Kansas until 10th grade and graduated High School in Rush Springs OK.

Eugean married Kristy Ann Bennett on Jan 25, 1992 at Whiteman A.F.B., Missouri. Eugean served in the United States Air Force until retiring in 1995.

He worked as a sheet metal fabricator. Eugean was a member of Jesus Church, Geneseo, Sheet Metal Local No. 2 and former member of First Baptist Church, Warrensburg, MO.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was an avid Oklahoma Sooner and Kansas City Chiefs football fan.

Survivors include his wife, Kristy, children, Kellyanne and Austin Ross both at home, his mother, Janis Latham, brother, Mark Ross, both in Rush Springs, OK, a sister Linda (Rodney) Barnes, Whitewright, TX, uncles and aunts Frederick Lucas, Minor and Nellie Lucas, all in Kansas City, KS and Ellen and Ralph Walker, Gramby, Missouri.

Also surviving are his father-in-law and mother-in-law Robert and Elizabeth Bennett, Annawan, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Kandy Hege, Gary (Kay) Bennett, and Judy(Martin) Nelson, nieces and nephews, Michelle Ross, Kameron Hege, Jennifer, Amanda and Brittney Bennett, Craig, Christopher, Curtis and Catherine Nelson.

He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Latham.

CARL W. GITHENS

Services for Carl W. Githens were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, At the First Baptist Church, Minco. Rev. Mike Price officiated.

Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Minco under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home, Minco.

Carl W. Githens was born on February 1, 1927 in Sweetwater. He died on August 21, 2007 at Parkview Hospital in El Reno.



GENEVA WANN

Funeral service for Geneva Wann, age 72, formerly of Cement, is pending with McRay Funeral Home.

Mrs Wann was born on March 18, 1935, in McRae, Arkansas.

She died on August 20, 2007, in Kansas City, Missouri.
