Funeral services for Kenneth H. Burns, of Chickasha, OK will be Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church.
Kenneth H. Burns was born July 7, 1932 in Chickasha to James Walden and Annie Gertrude (Gray) Burns. He passed away on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012 in Oklahoma City at the age of 80.
Mr. Burns served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He had worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 30 years retiring in 1987.
Mr. Burns is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Maxine Burns.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Karnes; six children: Hilda Elder and her husband, Dawn, Walter Britton, Brenda Burns, Cindy Tollison and her husband, Clay, Becky Burns and Kendra Cook and her husband, Don; four step-children: Marty Karnes, Steve Karnes and his wife, Toni, Donna Karnes and Glen Karnes; three brothers: Coy Burns and his wife, Deanna, J.T. Burns and his wife, Marie and Wesley Burns and his wife, Lawanna; three sisters: Jean Keef, June Flippo and her husband, Bill, and Sonja Smith; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren
Interment will be in the Blanchard Cemetery, Blanchard, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.

Nyoka “Jo” Hadley
Private graveside services were held for Noyka Hadley, 67, of Chickasha, on Wednesday May 15, 2013 in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
Noyka was born on February 10, 1946, in Houston, Texas. She died May 11, 2013, in Chickasha.
Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Lois Morris, 89, of Chickasha, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Chickasha. Lois was born June 13, 1923, the daughter of Elva L. and Eva Opal (Heavin) Keeton. She died May 13, 2013, in Muskogee.

Graveside services for Betty Jo James, 84.will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs. Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home in Elk City and Wednesday and Thursday at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs.
Betty was born in Cox City, on Thursday, Sept. 27, 1928 and passed from this life on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Elk City.

Freida Perkins
Funeral services for Freida Perkins, 95, of Chickasha, will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Freida Perkins was born March 19, 1918, at Kalamazoo, Michigan. She passed away at her home on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
Mrs. Perkins married Daniel Perkins on November 14, 1940. She and Daniel lived in New Mexico from 1940 to 1980, when they moved to the Amber area.
She had worked in the New Mexico public school system and after moving to Amber she worked at the Amber Café for seven years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Perkins in 1986 and a son, Danny Perkins in 2010.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by a sister, Esther Healey, of PawPaw, Michigan; four grandchildren: Penny Fuller, George Perkins, Wayne Perkins and T.J. Perkins; 11 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; Daughter-in-law: Wynema Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Carla and Eddie.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. -
