Funeral services for Trenton Anthony Johnson, 26, formerly of Chickasha will be held on Friday Jan. 11, 2012 @ 1:00 p.m. at Shepherd Street (Disciples of Christ) Christian Church; Justin Pendavis and Milton Bowens, Jr., Co-Pastors; Minister Heister L. McKenzie, assisted by Pastor T. McKenzie will perform the eulogy.
Trenton Anthony Johnson, the eldest of 7 children, was born to Anthony and Delisa Johnson on April 3, 2005 in Chickasha, OK.
Trenton was reared in Chickasha, and attended Chickasha Public Schools. He was a 1986 graduate of Chickasha High School. While in school, Trenton was a member of the CHS Marching Band, he played percussions instruments.
After graduating, and before moving to Medina, TN, Trenton worked for J. D. McCarty Rehabilitation Center. At the time of Trenton's departure to heaven, he was working for Methodist Rehab Center of Disabled Adults.
Trenton was a very sociable person. He loved being around family and friends. Trenton also loved photography and collecting old LP's (albums). He always stayed on the cutting edge of the latest fashion trends. Trenton loved to share creative ideas with others in regards fashion designs, music, and movies. With Trenton, there was never a "dull moment".
Trenton was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Richard Simon; paternal grandfather, Rufus Johnson; one uncle, Michael Johnson.
Those left behind to cherish the memories of Trenton are: Both parents, Anthony and Delisa Johnson; 4 brothers: Terrance Johnson, Tyrez Johnson, Harrison Johnson, Rashon Johnson; 2 sisters: Danesha Johnson and Timya Johnson.
Maternal grandmother, Mae Etta Laster; paternal grandmother, Gloria Johnson; 4 aunts: Lakisha Simon, TeSonda Johnson, Elaine Johnson, and Linda Johnson; 3 uncles: Dion Harrison, Deron Laster, and Keyun Simon.
In addition, others left to cherish Trenton's Home-going are Trenton a host of other relatives, classmates, and dear friends.
Internment will be held at Fairlawn Cemetery
Services are under the direction of Brown Funeral Home, Ricky A. Brown, Funeral Director/Embalmer

Nyoka “Jo” Hadley
Private graveside services were held for Noyka Hadley, 67, of Chickasha, on Wednesday May 15, 2013 in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
Noyka was born on February 10, 1946, in Houston, Texas. She died May 11, 2013, in Chickasha.
Services were under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Lois Morris, 89, of Chickasha, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Chickasha. Lois was born June 13, 1923, the daughter of Elva L. and Eva Opal (Heavin) Keeton. She died May 13, 2013, in Muskogee.

Graveside services for Betty Jo James, 84.will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs. Visitation will be held Monday and Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home in Elk City and Wednesday and Thursday at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs.
Betty was born in Cox City, on Thursday, Sept. 27, 1928 and passed from this life on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Elk City.

Freida Perkins
Funeral services for Freida Perkins, 95, of Chickasha, will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home.
Freida Perkins was born March 19, 1918, at Kalamazoo, Michigan. She passed away at her home on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
Mrs. Perkins married Daniel Perkins on November 14, 1940. She and Daniel lived in New Mexico from 1940 to 1980, when they moved to the Amber area.
She had worked in the New Mexico public school system and after moving to Amber she worked at the Amber Café for seven years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Perkins in 1986 and a son, Danny Perkins in 2010.
Mrs. Perkins is survived by a sister, Esther Healey, of PawPaw, Michigan; four grandchildren: Penny Fuller, George Perkins, Wayne Perkins and T.J. Perkins; 11 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; Daughter-in-law: Wynema Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Carla and Eddie.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. -
