— The Minco High School girls basketball team won its first round game at the Minco Bulldog Classic tournament Tuesday night.
The Lady Bulldogs beat Geary 46-23, and are scheduled to play Verden in the semifinals at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Verden got to the semifinals by beating Bray-Doyle on Monday night, 46-31.
The Minco High School boys basketball team will play at 4 p.m. Thursday against the loser of Riverside vs. Geary.
