NORMAN, Okla. —
The fax machines at the Switzer Center can take a much needed break. As of 11:30 a.m., Oklahoma received 23 national letters of intent. All of them are already enrolled or were on the Sooners’ list of verbal committments entering the day.
The Sooners are still waiting on Fresno (Calif.) Central East defensive back to pick between OU and Oregon State. He is expected to announce his decision at 5 p.m. OU coach Bob Stoops is scheduled to meet with the media at 3 p.m.
