CHICKASHA — The parents of Joyce Lynn Ryans are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter to James W. Hutchins.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Randy Ryans, of Ninnekah, and Kathy and Dean Grissom, of Odessa, Texas. Joyce is a 2008 graduate of Ninnekah High School and a 2010 graduate of the Culinary Institute of Platt College. She is currently employed with Homeland in Chickasha,

The prospective groom is the son of Donnie and Shannon Triplitt, of Blanchard. He is the grandson of Ruth Triplitt, of Bradley. James is a 2006 graduate of Alex High School. He is currently employed as a specialist in the Army National Guard.

Friends of the couple are asked to join them for their happy occasion. The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010 at the Eagle's Lodge in Chickasha. A reception will follow the ceremony. After their wedding, the couple will make their home in Ninnekah.
