Just for Today

— "...so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved." (Philippians 4:1) Paul wrote this to the folks he truly Loved at the first church he planted in Europe.

The term "stand fast" means to stay where you are and be firmly secured or tied to the Lord. Paul wrote this because he knew that our Lord is ALWAYS Faithful and Trustworthy; he will never leave or forsake us, but sometimes we are not always so. We live in a society that is prone to "church hop" or fall away or "turn loose" completely of the Lord.

A Loving relationship with the Lord takes two; He will ALWAYS stand fast in you. Will you always do the same for Him?
