The Chickasha High School baseball team began its Spring Break road trip down south with a win over Loyola Academy on Wednesday evening.
The Fightin' Chicks remained undefeated with a 14-1 win in Shreveport, La., moving to 8-0 going into a Thursday game against Benton High School.
The win over Loyola was the first game of four over the break; three in Shreveport and the last one in Henderson, Texas, against Henderson High School on Saturday at noon.
Chickasha will have only one day off before playing its toughest in-state games of the season, back-to-back matchups against No. 1 Carl Albert, at home Monday and in Midwest City on Tuesday.
