The Chickasha High School swim teams competed at Lawton High School in their first meet since before Christmas break, with the boys finishing tied for fourth out of six teams and the girls placing fifth.
Caitlin Critchfield finished second in the 100-yard butterfly, with a time of 1:23.92.
Madison Rivas won the girls 500-yard freestyle, finishing the race in 7:08.92.
The girls 200-yard medley relay team of Kylie Foster, Bryan Bailey, Critchfield and Rivas finished fourth with a time of 2:26.96.
The boys 200-yard medley relay team of Andrew Ross, Nils Michael, Russell Jobe and Kale Nye finished fifth with a time of 2:06.95.
Foster finished fourth with a time of 2:52.88 and Kristen Kern finished sixth with a time of 3:06.81 in the girls 200-yard freestyle.
Jobe finished second in the boys 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:56.72.
Rivas placed sixth in the girls 50-yard freestyle, finishing in 30.28 seconds.
Kern placed fourth in the girls 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:36.14.
Bailey finished sixth in the girls 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:17.97.
The girls 200-yard freestyle relay team of Foster, Bryan, Critchfield and Rivas finished fifth with a time of 2:11.57.
The boys 200-yard freestyle relay team also placed fifth, finishing in 1:48.28.
Foster finished fifth in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:22.44. Ross was fifth in the boys race, finishing in 1:10.48.
The boys 400-yard freestyle relay team of John Allen, Michael, Dale Courtney and Nathan Stewart was fourth, finishing in 5:04.67.

Now on the desk of Animal Shelter Supervisor James Kasper, seven kittens saved from a dumpster on Wednesday are making progress toward a time when they can be adopted.
After being plucked from a dumpster on the north side of town, seven kittens now sit in a green carrier in the Chickasha Animal Shelter with a new found sense of hope.
